Flowmatic AI offers customized consulting services, automation setups, training sessions, and digital resources—all tailored to your business goals.

🛑 All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on:

  • Strategy calls or consulting sessions (attended or missed)

  • Custom automation builds, AI flows, or integrations

  • Downloadable products (PDFs, toolkits, etc.)

  • Group training, cohort programs, or private sessions

💬 Exceptions?

We’ll only consider a refund if there’s:

  • A documented catastrophic failure on our end (e.g., we fail to deliver services at all and cannot reschedule or resolve)

  • A billing error (like being double charged)

To request a review, contact us within 3 business days of the issue. We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds at our discretion.
