For paid consultations, toolkits, or services:

  • All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise noted

  • Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis; digital products are non-refundable

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations (within 24 hours) may be non-refundable

If you ghost us—your money may ghost you too. We’re fair, not foolish.

5. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Flowmatic AI uses platforms like ChatGPT, Canva, Mailchimp, ManyChat, Semrush, Wix, Zoom, and others to provide services.
We are not responsible for outages, updates, or security breaches on third-party platforms—but we do our best to work only with trusted, secure providers.

6. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

  • That your life will magically automate itself (you still gotta show up)

  • That you’ll become a millionaire overnight (unless you’re already on the way)

  • That AI is 100% perfect (it’s smart, but not infallible)

Flowmatic AI provides education and automation guidance. We are not liable for any decisions made or outcomes resulting from use of our tools or content.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flowmatic AI, its founder, or team be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, tools, or services.

Translation: Use your judgment. We’ll give you power tools, but you’re the one swinging the hammer.
